  • CTE100. Veterinary Science Camp

    Students will be offered knowledge and skills of veterinary topics focusing on small animal and livestock species. Opportunities to interact with live animals and learning modules. Skills will be taught to encourage responsible pet ownership. An additional $20 supply fee is added to this camp. Schertz/Brill
  • CTE101. Floral Design Camp

    Floral Design Camp is a 5-day, hands-on experience for students entering 4th–6th grade who are interested in creativity and working with flowers. Campers will learn the basics of floral care, proper tool use, and foundational design principles while creating a variety of arrangements throughout the week. Students will explore color, texture, balance, and proportion, and will practice techniques such as bouquet wrapping and arrangement construction. The camp provides a structured, age-appropriate introduction to floral design in a fun and supportive environment, and students will take home several projects they create during the week.   • CTE102- Flavors of Mexico

    This 5-Day Culinary Camp invites young chefs on an immersive journey into the vibrant world of authentic Mexican cuisine. Designed to build kitchen confidence, cultural appreciation, and culinary skills, this hands-on experience introduces campers to the rich flavors, traditions, and techniques that define Mexico’s celebrated food heritage.
